OOC: XD We gotta start RPing again! REVIVAL!

IC:

Ezral looked at the map, currently in Le Mime's hands.
"Yeah, it's a map, but what does it lead to?" he asked. The map showed the upper part of Louirouse, with certain points of interest marked, yet no X or anything like that. On the side, there was some sort of code, or some other language.

"Well, I can't make heads or tails of this thing. Hey, do you guys think that THIS was the whole reason that woman wanted the painting? If that's the case, we might still be able to get paid!" Ezral exclaimed enthusiastically. ((ALLITERATION FTW!))

IC: Hakkuro held the map up at a level everyone could see it at. "You'd think she'd say sumthin bout it, Chief." he said, studyin the map.
"What'z so special about it that she'd wanna pay so much for it. Just lookz like some traveller'z map of some kind or other." The mime pouted. "And that monster earlier totally tried to take the paintin from me... Maybe it wanted the map?" He didn't understand why a monster'd want a paintin.

IC:

"Maybe the monster wanted your cat," Cynthya quipped up staring at the map. "But whatever the map is, it was in a painting worth a lot of money on the black market. So I say we should go to the black market for some answers and money."

IC:

"And money? You aren't thinking of selling the painting, are you?" he stared at Cythnya.
"But, I agree," he said, lifting his gaze from Cynthya. "We should go to the black market. See what information we can squeeze out of the locals. But no hoverblades yet. Let's wait until we get rewarded, guys. Plus I refuse to wear those things if we even do get them."

IC:

Cynthya sighed. "El Capitan, whoever gave us this job isn't paying how much the painting is worth." She informed while they walked down the road towards town. "And there is more to life than hoverblades at the moment. Like finding information on this painting and this map."

IC:

"But you were just blabbering about how much you wanted hoverblades a week ago! Meh, whatever." Ezral and the others walked down the road to the city.
"Hey, Le Mime, you've been silent back there for a while. Do you think we'll still get all our wonderful pay with just this map?" Ezral shook the map in front of Hakkuro, who was looking kind of bored.

IC: "Eh, who knoz. Maybe. You'd think she'd mention the map inside it if she knew of it thou." Hakkuro snatched the map out of Ezral'z hand infront of him. "And stop wavin this around before sumthin takez it from you!" He stuffed the map into his pocket and stuck out his tongue at the mage.

IC:
"You'd THINK she'd mention the map, but she may have been hiding it for some reason," Ezral replied as he entered the city.
"Okay then, let's go back to the black market and look for some people who know about paintings."
The black market was the same as always, people going about their business and multiple stands set up here and there. Ezral looked around for the person who sold the painting, but could not find anyone resembling him.
"Uh, guys? I can't find the person who sold the painting anywhere." He looked at the other mercenaries for a bit of help, despite the fact they didn't know what the painting vendor looked like.

IC: "Well geeze, Ezzy, you didn't think about gettin some kinda contact info from him or anythin?" Hakkuro sighed, shakin his head. "Maybe he already packed up his stand for the day."

IC:

"Dude, you awesomely win the I-fail-at-life award." Cynthya said as she smacked her forehead with her palm. "Please tell me you at least remember what he looked like or else we're just going to sell this stupid painting and buy ourselves some custom hoverblades."

She looked around the black market. The stalls seemed a bit lifeless than usual. "Chieftain, I think the black market's closing up for a bit. It's time for their lunch break," Cynthya stated, "Of course the dude isn't here. He probably closed up shop to get some food."

IC:
"He was short with brown hair and wearing a fancy black shirt, with one of those fancy white ruffly things ((8D LIKE EDGEY)) in a red stand with paintings hanging. And I didn't get contanct information because I didn't think I would come back here, as I had no clue THE PAINTING WOULD BREAK." Ezral said as he shot a glare at Le Mime.
"Well, anyway, if the market is closing up, I guess we can't do anything. We'll come back later. For now, shall we get some lunch ourselves?" Ezral asked with a slight shrug of his shoulders.

IC: Le Mime glared back at the mage. "Well if I didn't, we wouldn't have found that map, dude."
He felt his stomach rumble and tilted his head. "I suppose~ We should buy more to add to our stock as well, food at the inn can get pricey."

IC:
"If we didn't find the map, we could have still gotten paid." Ezral looked in his pocket, pulling out a money pouch and looking through it.
"Hmm, we don't have much money to spare. Hey, Thee, find us a good, cheap restraunt. You are the sneaky one."

IC:

"We still could get paid if we sell us the remnants of the painting and maybe the map," Cyhthya said as she knitted her eyebrows. Looking around, she motioned her companions to walk towards the regular market area of the town.

"We should probably drop off the painting at the inn room. The map should stay with one of us. Now let's go eat~"

IC:
"I'll keep the map, as I have the sneaking suspicion one of you guys are going to run off and sell it." Ezral said, taking the map and stuffing it into his pocket.
"Le Mime, go put the pieces back. Meet us at.." Ezral turned to Cynthya, "Where are we eating now?"

IC: Le Mime raised his handz infront of him. "Hey hey hey, I wouldn't go n sell it, man."
He sighed. "Sure man, I should go check on my cat anywayz." Hakkuro said, waitin for where to meet his comradez at.

IC:

"We'll be going to Joostooce Tavern. It's about five minutes from the inn," Cynthya said as she pointed to the left. "You just follow the streets and always turn left when given a choice."

Smiling, she swiped some dirt off the ground and smacked it onto her comrades' faces along with her own and she undid her braids and mussed up her hair. "We'll be able to get food extremely cheap if we look like we look extremely poor. The owner's really sympathetic of people who are."

OOC: APOLOO JOOSTOOCE! :B HE EATS YOUR FOOD!

IC:
"You're pretty devious, Thee," said Ezral as Cynthya smacked the dirt on his face.
"We can always eat that cat if we can't get cheap food," Ezral jokingly said as he turned to look at Hakkuro "Now, we're going off to the tavern. See ya, Le Mime." He waved as he and Cythnya walked towards the tavern, leaving Le Mime to go off to the inn.

IC: Hakkuro nodded as Thee gave the directionz and when he was about to turn to the inn he was caught off guard when the dirt hit his face. "What the--?! A warnin could've been nice, kid." he said, wipin the dirt away that landed near his eyez so not to be blinded by it later.
The mime only replied to Ezral'z remark on his cat by stickin out his tongue. "Yah yah" he said, wavin his hand and turnin to the inn as they walked in the other direction.
He walked up the stepz of the inn and turned the cornerz, searchin for their room as he trudged along the dirt that was thrown on him momentz before.

IC:
"Are you sure all this dirt is really necessary?" Ezral said as he and Cynthya walked to the tavern. "I mean, it's not like I'm in hobo clothes. I even have a sword. Of course, I probably shouldn't doubt your methods," Ezral stated.
"Oh look, we're here." In front of the two was a tan building with a sign over the door that said Joostooce Tavern. "Time to see if your methods work."

IC:

"Don't doubt the methods of a true master," Cynthya stated smugly as she grinned. Taking a deep breath and closing her eyes for a second, she opened her eyes once more and put a very innocent look on her face. Her eyes took on a wider look almost on the verge of teary and her mouth was set in a small open frown.

"Now just act extremely tired Chieftain and we'll be able to get cheap cheap prices and maybe even a free loaf of bread." Cynthya said to Ezral looking up at him. "Ready to walk in?"

IC:
Ezral drooped his shoulders down and let out a practice sigh. "I guess so, oh master of manipulation," Ezral said as he opened the door.
The tavern was pretty full and cheery, with tables around and a bar ate the far side. Ezral and Cynthya walked up to the bar. "Hey, you order first. You do have those disgustingly cute puppy dog eye thing going on." he whispered.

IC:

Giving a thumbs up to Ezral where the bartender couldn't see it, Cynthya looked up to the bartender.

"Mister Sir...me brothers'n me need surm foods," Cynthya lilted in a strange accent as the bartender looked at her, expecting her to order. She lifted her head to the man, her eyes slightly brimmed with tears and her mouth slightly twitchy as if she was about to explode in sobs.

"We be hungering, sir. Mah old'r brotha Ragoo, he had to throw aways our cat'n 'cause it ate our foods. D' you's have surm bread'n water? Maybe surm meats." Her voice cracked towards the end and she called upon some sniffles, some tears slipping down her dirty cheek, "Food'n be good. We be pay'n you's some moneys aftaward. "

The bartender looked at Cynthya with a very sympathetic look. "Aw, you poor little girl. I'll give ye some foods. How much food do you need?"

Rubbing at her nose and sniffling a little bit more, Cynthya continued, "We be's need'n fer at least fer peoples. Mah ma needa get back her strengths and mah brother Carl," here Cynthya pointed at Ezral, "needa build his str'ngth back so he can earn moneys in Loirouse."

The bartender put on a sad smile and took a few loaves of bread, cheese and meat into a basket and also put a battered jug of water in there.

"Thank yas kind sir," Cynthya chirped-sniffled and she reached for her bag of money, acting like she was getting out a few coins.

"Awww, li'l girl, you not be paying me anythings. You just gotta be a good girl fer ya mommy and brothers okay?" the bartender smiled and patted her on the head.

And with that, they had food.

IC:
Ezral and Cynthya went over to sit at a table in the corner of the room, near a fireplace.
"Wow, that was some awesome acting, Thee. I know I would have been convinced!" Ezral let out a small laugh as he sat down, putting the basket on the center of the table and grabbing a piece of bread.
"Guess now we'll just wait for Le Mime."

OOC: Ahahhaa.. ha..haaaaa... Yeah late pwn'd :B;;; Sorry XD;; Um... I guess I'll just show up randomly and not know you guys :B;

IC: A short little girl with obnoxiously bright hair flopped down onto the ground outside the front of the inn. She sighed heavily, examining her blister covered feet. "Awwww man he didn't tell me I'd be walking so far... Now what do I do?" She pulled a small green leather pouch out of her pocket and opened it up hopefully, praying that maybe some money had magically appeared in it overnight. She sighed again. "No such luck..."

Exasperated, she flung the small pouch a few yards in front over her and leaned her head against the wall, her hand dropping to her side. Onto something squishy and soft. How odd...

"EEEEE a KITTY~!" She squealed, recognizing the swishing tail and twitching ears of the cat. She scracthed behind said ears and pulled out one of the many leaves sticking out of her and waved it in front of the cat, all troubles forgotten.

"KITYY KITTY KITTY KITTY~! ♥"
