Prisoners of Love [Rated R]

"Thor darling, they can't get us any more because we haven't committed any crimes as of late. Let us help you." Rokiri said with a smile. "I'm not breaking my promise this time."

"We promised," Charis repeated. Then, for once, he pressed a finger to his lips. "Shh, darling."

"Visiting hours are over!" A guard shouted before the nicer guard put the anti-bite mask on Thors face. Guards on the visitors side started to usher them out of the building while the one prisoner that was near Thor walked over to the boy and picked him up before glaring at Charis and Rokiri.

"You better not be planning to take my bitch away from me..." The prisoner growled.

"But it's true..." Rokiri's ruby red eyes grew saddened. "I already let Thor down twice, I'm not abandoning him this time."

Charis growled at the other prisoner, his face dark and fierce. "You've already taken mine. I'll just be taking back what you don't deserve." Then he turned away and primly straightened his skirt.

Rokiri shot a dangerous glare at the other prisoner. "You hurt him and I swear I'll break your fucking neck once things are settled." It wasn't a empty threat either. The albino was quite serious.

Thor squirmed around as he was held by the prisoner who turned around and marched off with his own plans to fuck the poor boy senseless.

Ciara stopped Rokiri when he was about to break the glass to the visitor's station and run after the bastard who had his other darling. "Stop it, you can't do anything right now without getting into trouble and you know it." She said as Rokiri squirmed in her grasp.

Charis growled unhappily. "Ours. They can't hurt him!"

Rokiri calmed down and hugged Charis, sighing. "We better go. As much as I'd love to kick his ass, Ciara is right. Getting into trouble will solve nothing and make matters worse."

"I'm gonna kill the man that hurts Thor," Charis muttered ominously. He'd given the same treatment to the last people who had harmed his Thor and that should have been warning enough.

"Yes, yes. I know, Charis darling." Rokiri took his love's hand and kissed it. "We'll take turns beating on him once Thor darling is free. You may go first when the time comes."

"There'll be nothing left when we're done," Charis snarled. He leaned into Rokiri. "Nothing."

[time skip to the next day, in the court room]

Thor was sitting in the same seat he had been in when they had sentenced him to life in jail. Though with evidence collected in the vacant house that he used to live in with his late family now notioned that he was indeed an insane skitzo and his parents caused it. The boy looked up at the judge as he was sitting on the stand.

"Sir. I would like to sue the Prison for cruel and unusual treatment to not only their prisoners but also their Asylum patients." Thor stated, his face showing a kind of vicious intelligence that was usually only seen in lawyers.

Rokiri stroked and held Charis' hand as they watched Thor from the benches behind him. He knew they had to wait until they were called forth to do anything but he still hoped that when this was all over, they could all go home together.

Charis squeezed Rokiri's hand tightly but lifted his chin proudly, staring straight at Thor, waiting.

"And who do you call to the stand besides yourself, Mr. Svanhild?" The judge said as he looked down at the Teen who didn't even shrink at the stare he was getting.

"Charis and Rokiri. The two in the prison who kept me sane enough to not kill anyone." Thor stated.

Rokiri half smiled and got up, walking over to the stand with Charis in tow.

Charis took the stand and looked the lawyers directly in the eye, "In the first week he was here, Thor was left out, exposed, for the specific purpose of being raped by other prisoners." A dark glint caught in his eye.

Rokiri nodded. "And we tried to help him but the guards didn't allow us to."

"May I add sir, that not only did they do that but they also almost killed me three to four times..." Thor added, staring down the judge.


The judge looked at him before adjusting his glasses. "Well it seems Mr. Svanhild that you have been injustly punished with Cruel and Unusual punishment. The jury will not be deciding on whether or not you are punishable for murder due to insanity but now the fact of your unresonable punishment at the jail that was said to keep you healthy."

Charis looked over at Thor, eyes lighting up with hope. He smiled tentatively at him.

Rokiri smiled, keeping up his spirits. It seemed there was justice after all in this world.

The court took a short recess before the court went back into session. One of the nicer guards who Thor had been talking to during his stay in the jail without Rokiri or Charis walked up to the stand and played the actual security camera of Thors first three nights in the prison.

"As you can see here, the boy was actually tortured. If I was there I would've stopped it but I couldn't seeing as I wasn't working that shift that day." The guard sighed as he looked away from the television, the video speaking for its self. Thor looked down at the floor as the video played.

Rokiri frowned, giving Thor a supportive hug. "It's all right... We're here now."
