Anyone interested in parkour/The art of Displacement and Free Runnin?

In parkour, the aim is to move from point A to point B as efficient and quickly as possible, using the abilitiez of the human body (More on Parkour here)

Free runnin is the attempt to pass all obstaclez in one'z path in a smooth and fluid way(More on Free Runnin here)

I've been staring at the outside of my house every time I've had to walk by it and seriously contemplating trying the jump thing...
