Luminous

IC: Jupiter, who had seemingly been paying very little attention the the conversation whatsoever, and had instead been inspecting something she picked up from the tavern floor and stuffing it into her pocket, jumped at being addressed by the mage.

"Huh? Wha? Oh! I can help you guys, really!" She looked around at the group, suddenly businesslike. "You have three members.. That means that you can't split up without someone being left alone, right? One more person just ensures that everyone always has backup." She looked at Hakkuro and added, " I wasn't kidding when I said I always finish the job. If you let me join you, I'll stay until the end."
She looked around at them again and slipped back into her usual ditzy demeanor. "AND I can cook~! ♥"

IC:
"Sounds like you'll be a great help, Jupiter. We're in need of a good cook, too. Thee here can only make potions. Last time she gave me one to drink, My eyes started changing color. it was pretty annoying," Ezral said with a slight chuckle.

"Anyway, I'll describe our current mission to you. We were trying to get a painting for someone, but *ahem* SOMEONE broke it. So, we're stuck with this." Ezral took the map out of his pocket. "Now, we're going to go to the black market to ask about this. So, for now, we're eating. Help yourself.," Ezral said as he pointed to the basket. "Thee managed to get it by being devious."

"Oh yeah, guys," The mage said as a sudden idea popped into his head. "We still have no clue who the woman who gave us the job is. Or how to contact her. Maybe we can ask about that in the market too?"

IC: Jupiter beamed at everyone. "Thank you so much~! You won't regret it, I promise!" She turned toward the basket and grabbed a small piece of bread before plopping down in a chair next to Cynthya at the table.

"Sounds like a fun mission~!" She sputtered through bits of bread. She was starving; She hadn't eaten for a day or two since she got lost wandering around looking for... Something she didn't remember.

After finishing her bread, she drew her legs up and rested her chin on her knees, looking at Cynthya quizzically. "What's your name? I don't think Ezral mentioned it.. Unless I forgot already."

IC: Hakkuro pouted. "Hey, not my fault some creature popped outta the bushez scarin the crap outta me! Hmph-" he said, hopin that the fact he was swingin it around would be brought up.
The mime was left with no chair to sit at at the table since they didn't really plan another person showin up so he pulled over one from another table and sat backwardz, leanin on the back.
Hakkuro didn't manage to get a decent look at the woman since he was hidden under the desk most of the time she was there. "How you gunna go about that, Ez? No name or anythin, this is gunna be difficult~" he motioned at him to toss him a piece of bread.

IC
"I don't know, Hakkuro," Ezral said as he took a piece of bread from the basket and tossed it at the mime. "I'm hoping the black market will lead us somewhere. That's really our only option right now," Ezral opened the map and began to look at it, trying to make heads or tails of the thing. "Y'know, this map makes no sense whatsoever." In disgust, he tossed it on the table, and took some water from the basket.

IC:

Cynthya looked to her side where Jupiter sat. "Me? I'm Cynthya. I don't think Captain's said my name at all. Welcome to the group by the way." she said, pointing at herself and smiling.

Looking at her male comrades, Cynthya took the map from the table. "We could always figure out where the map is leading first. Get a general feel of it. Then we could ask around the market about the areas marked." Staring intently at the map, she continued, "We could also sell the map in the market while we're at it. We could get a pretty amount for something like this."

IC: Jupiter smiled back at Cynthya. "I'm glad I didn't forget it, that happens sometimes..." She trailed of, squinting at the map with her good eye, and prodded a squiggly looking line somewhere in the upper left corner.
"That looks like it could be a stream or a river of some kind... Are there any around here? I like rivers, they're so pretty~!"


She stared at Cynthya. "Aww why would you wanna sell it? Maybe it's a treasure map," She said, grinning childishly. "Maybe it leads to something good~!"

IC:

"If we sell it on the market, we get money." Cynthya simply stated as she grinned at the newest member. "But if it's a treasure map...we could probably sell whatever we find if it isn't gold or something!"

IC:
"We're not selling the map. Or what it leads to." Ezral said, taking more food out of the basket. "We're completing the mission. We do have a REPUTATION." Ezral bit into his bread. "We're going to find that woman, no matter how long it takes." He leaned backwards and thought of something while eating the rest of his bread.
"Okay, we're almost out of food. Shall we go back to the black market?" The mage said, as he stood up and stretched.

IC: The mime turned in his seat and plopped his feet up ontop the table he stole the chair from. "I unno, Chief, This whole mission pretty much makez no sense whatsoever~" he said, takin a bite out of the bread. "We have no information at all~ The woman'z contact info, detailz on the paintin, the meanin of this map. Maybe she really was just playin with us an we just grabbed some random paintin."
Takin the last few bitez of his bread, he turned back around in his seat and reached over for some water. "Fine with me, least it'z somethin to do~"

IC: "Black Markeeeeeeeet~!" Jupiter hopped out of her chair and bounced around a little bit, stretching in her own odd way. She grabbed another piece of bread from the basket and stuffed half in her mouth and half in her already bulging pocket. "Oh! Wait..." She stopped for a minute, thinking, and pulled the bread out again, along with three other things. "These are for you," She said, smiling at the group again. "Hakkuro," She handed him a small, beaded earring. "Cynthya," She tossed a small glass vial in her direction, "And Ezral," she finished, pressing a stone into his hand. "That was glowing when I found it, it might be magic~! These are for letting me stay with you~! ♥" She replaced the bread in her bag and rocked back and forth on her heels.

IC:

Cynthya caught the vial with surprise. She held it between her thumb and pointer finger, inspecting it. "Hey Jupiter, why did you me this vial? Not that it isn't a good vial or anything but did I say anything about being able to brew potions and things?" She questioned, slightly bewildered. "All I think I mentioned about myself is my name..."

IC: Jupiter grinned. "I'm blind in one eye, in order to make it as an assassin my other senses had to be strong enough to support me." She giggled. "I can smell it on your clothes. Eheh...I'm sorry, I should have mentioned that." She blushed and kicked at the ground.

IC: Ezzy suddenly took out a hidden pimp hat and placed it on his head. "IT'S BLACK MARKET TIME, BITCHES! TIME TO GET SOME EXTRA MONEY!" he said as he eyed his comrades in a questionable manner.

IC:
"I told her you made potions, Thee. You were busy eating." said Ezral. He took the basket to see what was left. There were two more loaves of bread and some water. He started walking out the tavern while talking to his comrades. "Anyone want another loaf of bread?" he asked.

IC: Hakkuro took the earring and smiled, runnin his finger along the rim of his ear. "Hmm time to get a new hole again now~ Thankz, Jupiter." he gave her another pat on the head, draggin out another twig that stuck to his glove. He gave the earring a light flick, watchin it dangle a bit then placin it safely into his pocket. He probably could've just shoved it into his ear there and now but he decided not to freak anyone out at the table. "I'll have some more bread, Ezzy!"

IC: She nodded at Hakkuro. "You're welcome~!"

Hmmmm I guess I should eat something else before we go.. Never know how long til the next time we eat~" Said Jupiter, grabbing another piece from the basket and pulling it apart.

OOC: Even shorter post FTW 8D (Or not...?)

IC:

"I think we have some food at the inn room..." Cynthya said, standing up and taking a swig of water. "But still, there's no need to rush to the market just yet is there? We should take it easy since we've just ate."

OOC: Shoooooort XD 'Cause I dunno whose turn eet is :B;

IC: "Taking it easy sounds good~!" said Jupiter, sinking into her chair again and nibbling at the corner of her bread.

OOC: I POSTED AZU. ARE YOU HAPPY NOW?

IC:
"But I just want to get this over with," Ezral said as he tossed the bread to those who wanted it and sat back into a chair. "I suppose waiting won't hurt us, though. The painting vendor might not even have come back yet."
Ezral took out the map and tossed it onto the middle of the table. "In the meantime, why don't we try to decipher this thing. If you manage to, I MIGHT considering taking some of our funds and buying fun things," he said, just to motivate the others a bit, who seemed to not want to do anything.

IC: " 'Might' bein the keyword there, Chief." Hakkuro said as he leaned in to take a closer look at the map. "Maybe if we hold it up to light, we'll see some secret message as to what this leadz to." He picked up the map and held it up in the air, squintin his eyez. "...Or not. Dude, this is impossible, why don't we just go find what it leadz to. Somethin to do anywayz." the mime said, tossin the map back down.

IC: "I like fun things~! ♥"

Jupiter leaned forward on her elbows, her chin propped up on her hand, and stared at the map. She tilted her head to the left, then to the right, squinted hard, and hummed quietly to herself. "Hmmmm.... That looks like..." She pointed to a cluster of dark marks at the bottom of the map. "...Could those be trees?" She took another bite of the bread and wiped the crumbs off of the table.

OOC: Hey, I AM the slacker Jesus.

IC:
"Yeah, I don't think we're getting anywhere," Ezral said as he examined the map.
"Sure, it has trees and rivers and mountains and whatever, but it won't help us if we don't know where we start, anyway." The mage sighed. "Shall we get going? There's nothing left to do here. And now our free food has officially been consumed."

IC: "Sure." the mime said, standin up and takin the map off the table. "What if the woman was just plannin to come back to the mansion, ya kno?" he looked closely at the map again as if he were expectin to find sumthin new on it. "If we don't find anythin out we should just chill at home and wait for her to come back."

IC: Stuffing the last bit of bread into her mouth, Jupiter hopped up and stretched. "Anything sounds good to me."

IC:

"Let's head back home then," Cynthya said as she stood up. "We can analyze the map when get home also."
