Parkour/Free Runnin

i can do a handstand, for like 2 seconds. any longer and i'll break my neck xD

How do you break your neck doin a handstand? XD

oh easy. if your arms are weak, you'll fall straight down instead of to the side and snap your neck?

backbends keel'd meeeeeee when I was younger XDD my cousin used to try and teach me how to do them :B

i loved doing backbends when was little. but i fear my back will break should i attempt to do it now :X

Aw XD; All you gotta do is stretch your back more n you'll get more n more flexable : D An be sure to curl into a ball n rock back n forth on your back after so you don't hurt your back D:
